Project Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a well-educated Project Manager for our innovative, disruptive technology and product offerings.
The main task is to transfer the prototype of our Portable Laser Projector (PLP) with Light Modulator Relief (LMR) into a manufacturing profitable product.

Job description:

• be a thought leader within NanoRelief GmbH and be a major contributor to develop mass production;
• create a team to develop PLP with LMR;
• apply yourself skills in constructing mutual benefit, overcoming objections, negotiating agreements;
• enable entirely new ways of illuminating informations and enabling a new wave of PLP with LMR;
• build key relationships critical to attainment of strategic objectives;
• look for opportunities to accelerate time to market;
• communicate clearly about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations and feedback.

Your profile:

• minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree with advanced degrees in technology preferred;
• at least 5 years experience in project display area;
• understanding of the technical practices and key requirements in high-volume technology of projector systems and in two of the following fields: tunable diffractive gratings, image correction systems, telecom microlenses, printers, polygraphic equipment, adaptive optics, MEMS;
• experience to prepare technical documents, drawings and presentations;
• ability to work internal and external to NanoRelief GmbH with ease;
• ability to travel on an as needed basis to support business objectives;
• fluent English, German;
• Russian is a plus.
